Susan began her training with Terri Levine in 1999 as a student of Comprehensive Coaching U.  Since then, Sue has completed hundreds of hours of training in Terri’s coaching skills as well as sales and marketing methods. Donna Eliassen

Client Care Coordinator

Donna Eliassen is an ex-career personal assistant with 25 years experience who swapped working long hours for CEO’s and National & State level executive managers to be her own Boss and work from home as a Virtual Assistant. She has worked for Terri for some 7-8 years. In addition to providing the more traditional assistant/admin/secretarial type services, Donna assists her clients with writing and editing.  A published short story author, Donna also ghostwrites for clients and provides editing and writing (or rewriting) of articles, blogs, newsletter content and press releases, and provides website copy for some of her clients. In addition to assisting Terri with her social media networking, Donna is Terri’s Client Care Coordinator and enjoys putting her customer service experience to good use.  On a personal note, Donna travelled extensively in her younger years while working for an airline.  She also worked overseas (Norway) for a few years as Exec. Secretary/PA to the Deputy General Manager of an international shipping organization and now resides in her home country, Australia, with her husband and her multi-talented daughter.
