Terri's first book, Work Yourself Happy is an international bestseller. It teaches her five secrets to creating more joy in the workplace. She has coached and trained well over 1,000 individuals around the world in this process.
Terri's second book, Coaching for An Extraordinary Life, presents an overview of the concepts that coaches have in their tool box. It is based on the principles on which she founded her internationally acclaimed coach training program (Comprehensive Coaching U) and teaches individuals and managers coaching principles and philosophy. This book has been used by organizations around the world and in several companies is required reading for management.
Terri also released Create Your Ideal Body, which is a personal coaching book for health and wellness and shifts individuals to an extraordinary self care model. My son, David Bentolila, had the pleasure to meet you at the Israeli International Coaching Conference held in Tel Aviv, on February 2007.
He sent me your website and it irked me to see that you made a promo of my life without even consulting me!!!! How could you depict me and my life as if you knew me from day one?
Just let me add that after David participated at the congress he called me and the minute he said: "Hello mamacita de mi vida" (which roughly translates from Spanish as "mother of my life") I said: David, you don't have to tell me anything else. I hear how your voice sounds and it is enough.
Doctors use stethoscopes to auscultate their patients; I hear my children's voice and know what they are going through. After being at your session David's voice was clear and happy, I would even use the term transparent, as when you look at the sky and there is not a single cloud on all of its immensity. Just pure immaculate blue. I believed he felt completely balanced and at peace with himself, like when a messy cupboard has been arranged and every item it's on its place and you know you can start working; you have only to reach out and use whatever it is you need to go on.
I subscribed to your Newsletter and I read it carefully with the hope that it will show me the way. I am still stuck in the first part of your promo, working for money with almost no pleasure or satisfaction out of it, besides the security that a pay- check gives at the end of each month.
I want to salute you for your courage to get up, change your life and be a beacon to others.

Dear Terri,
I really feel that a big opportunity felt in my hands to meet you and know you.
I got wonderful tools to my own life and for the coaching.
I find my self asking me “what is working now?”
And it is working for my clients. I am looking now for the Hebrew best pronouncing this sentence, I found out it is better to ask in Hebrew “what is working for you now?”
Or “what was working for you then?” You should adapt and to do the fine tuning for your language.
The very exciting was to see how it works the five questions (I have only three, because I had to leave the workshop).
On that evening (the second day of the congress) I coached a client, uneasy one, and I asked her those 2 first question on the list (what is working? What makes it work?) and then went down to the deeper layers of mind and wonderful things went up and work had been done there.
It really worked.
Now I coach another client with the issue of loosing weight so we try to get deep into the meaning of being lighter and what works there. And we tried to have some new rituals for changing life style will share with you the next steps of that issue.
I would like to ask you if you can write me again those five questions, I miss the last 2 ones.
I hope we are starting a new friendship.

Hey Terri!
My name is David Ben-Tolila and I met you in the Israeli International Coaching Confrence last week.
I want to say that your sessions were fascinating, and impact my life.
I don't know if you remember, but I approach you and ask you about a DILEMA I had, and you suggest to rephrase the sentence to "I have an opportiunity and I just need to look how it works with my life". Well, I feel like a stone removed from my heart. Suddenly, the energy and courge for building my own coaching practice was found.
I used your 5 coaching questions with a team leader in the organization I work for and the results were remarkable. The day after that I got an e-mail which said that the team-leader used the same methods with two of it's employees and there was a great impact on the team production.
I want to cherish you for your optimisim and leadership and for the light youe spread over the world!!!!
