The Coaching Institute's
POSITIVE PYSCHOLOGY
Positive Psychology Coaching is a dynamic new way to
work with clients that blends the virtues of cutting
edge science and the appeal of a positive strengths-based
focus, with the effectiveness of coaching. Positive
psychology is not naïve positivity or a promise
of permanent bliss. Rather, positive psychology is the
careful study of happiness, optimism, success, creativity,
and other aspects of human flourishing.
You don't need a PhD to understand it, however, and
this engaging course will help you translate basic research
into powerful interventions for you and your clients.
Perhaps best of all, positive psychology can be easily
integrated into any existing coaching practice and used
effectively by anyone.
