Susan Race International Coach of the Year Award 2008
Comprehensive Coaching U, Inc. announced
Donna Latin as the winner of the 2008 Susan Race International
Coach of the Year Award award. Donna was a nominee for the
2008 annual Susan Race International Coach of Year designation
and received the most votes from the panel of judges on the
committee. Comprehensive Coaching U, Inc. and Terri Levine,
are extremely thrilled to announce the winner and crown Donna
with the title “Susan Race International Coach of the Year”.
Donna Latin
Donna Latin is a Certified Comprehensive Coach, graduating
from Terri Levine's Coaching Institute, and is the founder
of Leaping Through Change-LTC
Coaching & Consulting.
As a former management consultant, working in the corporate
settings of the USA, Switzerland, Belgium, the UK and others,
Donna developed skills in communications & consulting
and knowledge in internal organizational efficiencies. She
learned a lot about how various businesses work, and how to
make each of them succeed further-- by focusing on the bottom
line for the corporation. Donna found the thing she most enjoyed
was helping the individuals within the organization to embrace
change. So after working in Europe for many years, she and
her family returned to the USA in 2006. At that time, Donna
decided to become a Certified Comprehensive Coach-focused
on helping small business owners ignite the passion in their
business, and turn it into a future that's brighter than they
ever thought possible.
Donna's purpose as a coach is reflected in her business name
- to show her clients the way to LEAP THROUGH CHANGE.
Whether you're the owner of a small business or the manager
in a large company, Donna works with her clients to teach
them how to truly tap their greatest resource (themselves!).
It's her belief that her role as a coach is to help her clients
to discover their own answers within themselves. LTC Coaching
offers a method for improving clients' business, and achieving
their goals- pure and simple. Donna's clients will create
an action plan and the means for self-based growth. As their
coach, she gives them the proper push they've been seeking
to keep them on track and complete their plans.
Donna regularly speaks to local networking groups and small
business owners about helping them identify, distinguish and
act on the right choices to help them start taking
back control of their business and making the lasting
change in their life that they've been looking for. Her aim
is to help individuals see all change as the growth
opportunity it really is!
Donna currently presides as the President of the Chalfont,
PA Chapter of BNI (Business Network International), a local
business networking group. She also serves as a volunteer
with Spark the Wave, a non-profit organization that empowers
youth through educational and leadership training programs
to be great volunteers and community leaders.
