Coach of the Year 2008 Nomination Application

Purpose: To honor all coaches for making a difference in the world.

As many of you know, for the past five years in order to celebrate International Coaches Day, Comprehensive Coaching U has taken nominiations for the International Coach of the Year Award.

This year the International Coach of the Year Award will be renamed "Susan Race International Coach of the Year Award" on behalf of my dear friend and EXTRaordinary coaching buddy who passed away suddenly in early August.

Susan Race was one of the very first coaches I met. She was not only a good friend, she was a stellar coach, giving and loving person, bright and amazing entrepreneur and a Certified Personal Coach Trainer for The Coaching Institute and co-author of a book due out shortly. Susan helped me organize a great event last year and we had a blast playing together. We spent time together over the years as friends and business associates and I will also hold my memory of Susan in the highest light and am blessed to have been touched by her.

Those of you who knew Susan Race I know will be celebrating this great woman's life and remembering her with loving memories and those who didn't get to experience Susan, believe me, she is deeply missed in the coaching community.

This dedication to Susan Race makes this year's award extra special to me as I honor Susan for her excellence in this field and for making a difference in my world, and countless others.

Here's how it works:

The winner will be determined by an independent, international panel of judges including world renowned authors and expert coaches, on November 1, 2008.

Anyone who you consider a coach is eligible. Nominate your coach, or anyone you know and admire for their coach-like qualities, by simply submitting the following application. All nominees will receive a certificate honoring them and a logo for their website.

The cutoff for submissions is October 27, 2008.
