Lin
is a nationally ranked competitor and gold medalist and co-founder of
a martial arts academy and she was one of the first women to earn a fifth-degree
black belt. Through this training, she began to uncover the principles

SM. Lin says her inner-wisdom and guidance led her to the creation
of an international retreat center where she designed and delivered programs
